2 - Design
- Work with Jacob to discover and finalize design options
- Complete & sign an itemized build contract & pay deposit $10,000 build deposit
3 - Build
- Construction begins!
- We'll send you photos of the build progress and keep you updated, and you can stop by to see it in person!
- Progress payments are made at pre-determined stages of the build such as when the trailer arrives (the balance up to 50%), when the walls are up (20%), and when the flooring is installed (20%).
- Upon completion of your home, the final payment is due (10% plus taxes and fees) and it is ready for delivery and set up.
